Rooted - Sunday, September 13th (5-7pm)

Do you want to grow closer with God? Experience more freedom? Find spiritual friendships?

This fall, we're launching a new community that will gather monthly on Sunday nights to eat together and learn how to integrate ancient spiritual practices into everyday life. Whether you're new to the practices or have been enjoying them for years, you're invited. Free childcare & dinner will be provided.

Meet and Eat - Sunday, September 13th

On the second Sunday of every month, anyone who's new is invited to join us for Meet and Eat after the service. It’s a relaxed time to meet other new folks, get to know our pastors and some long-time members, and learn more about who we are as a church and how you can get involved. We'll enjoy meaningful conversation over a light lunch, and kids are welcome.

Groups Fair - Sunday, September 20th

Have you been wanting to find deeper community but are unsure how? If that's you, plan to stay after church on the 20th to get to know the different groups that exist in our church and see if one might be a good fit for you! Each group in our church has its own personality and flavor.

If you are interested in starting a group, reach out to Pastor Hannah at hannah@a2cc.org.

Elementary Meet Up - September 27

Families of kids in elementary school are invited to join us for the Elementary Kids Meet Up small group following service on Sunday, September 27th. We’ll be meeting at County Farm Park (just down the street at 2230 Platt Road) for lunch, a fun group project, and a conversation about faith and life. Please reach out to LaVon or Rafael Mejia to learn more (lavonmejia@gmail.com).

Chili Cook Off - Sunday, October 4th after service

Our annual Chili Cook Off is back and it's just as tasty as it sounds! Sign up at the events table at the church to help with setup, clean up, or to enter a chili in this year's competition.

Immigration Care Group - October 18 (after service)

The Immigration Care Group is starting to organize its focus and plans. Please join us for our next meeting after the service on October 18. We’ll provide a light snack and talk about some ways we can move forward including prayer, future visits to North Lake and supporting those we’ve visited. Feel free to join us if you are new to this group or a founding friend! Contact Dave Paladino with any questions at david.m.paladino@gmail.com.
