Meet and Eat - Sunday, June 14th

On the second Sunday of every month, anyone who's new is invited to join us for Meet and Eat after the service. It’s a relaxed time to meet other new folks, get to know our pastors and some long-time members, and learn more about who we are as a church and how you can get involved. This month we'll meet in the conference room that is next to the main office. Kids are welcome, and we'll have some fun activities just for them!

Immigration Conversation - Sunday, June 14th

Pastor Dale Dalman and his wife will be visiting our church to encourage us and to help us care for immigrants in our community. He will be sharing with us after the service. Pastor Dale has been on the vanguard of visiting detainees at North Lake Detention Center in Baldwin, Michigan. He regularly visits the facility to care for and encourage some of his former congregants who are detained there and is working to set-up networks of support for the detainees and their families. Read more about his work in this article from Michigan Public Radio: bit.ly/PastorDale. Light food and refreshments will be served. Feel free to contact Dave Paladino with any questions at david.m.paladino@gmail.com.
